Field work at the Paleolithic sites in Baise of Guangxi Province before May 1st, 2006
2009-01-01
(Fossil website/writer: Zeng Guangchun)May 1st ago, I went to several Paleolithic sites in places such as Baise and Tiandong of Guangxi Province at the invitation of my several good friends (they are so interested in paleolith in Baise that they want to know the relevant knowledge in this field). To me, it was a chance to revisit there again, and to them, it was a good chance to learn some interesting paleolith knowledge. After coming back, I sorted out some field photos, which were sent to my collaborators for appreciation.
Overlooking Bubing Basin: Bubing Basin is a small karst basin in basins of Baise; recently, it is famous for the discovery of teeth fossils of early homo erectus, paleolith and relevant animal fossils in the cave which went back two million years ago.
